Grunge-Style Abstract Typography with Rusted Metal Texture in Photoshop

PSDVault recently published a very useful tutorial where it shows the steps to make a Grungy-Style Abstract Typography using rusted metal texture in Photoshop. The inspiration of this tutorial came from a grungy metal image.

In the tutorial, you will explore some layer blending techniques, various filter effects, and an interesting method of making the text look 3D. Here you go!

real good design.. 3D is interesting to learn.. haven’t tried digging more deeply the photoshop though
